What we offer for outdoor events

For outdoor events we can set up a self-contained catering operation that doesn't depend on your venue's kitchen. We bring the cooking equipment, the chefs and the food. What we need is space, power or gas access and a clear setup area.

Does outdoor catering cost more?

Sometimes, depending on the setup. If a venue has no kitchen infrastructure at all and we need to run entirely self-contained, that affects cost. We'll always quote clearly and explain what's driving the price. No surprises.

What about the weather?

We can operate in most conditions with appropriate cover. For live cooking stations outdoors, a gazebo or covered area is helpful. We'll discuss contingency planning during booking so there's a plan B if needed.
